Our goal is to help you make the most of your meat while minimising waste and maximising flavour. Our private meat-cutting service is also ideal for farmers who want to have their beef or lamb processed by professionals.
We use the Gingin Meat Works as our Abattoir for private butchery, so you will need to contact them on (08) 9575 2166 to book a slot for your animal(s).
They will usually need at least 10-14 days’ notice.
